We specialize in post-frame construction and are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and knows how to get the job done right. Responsibilities Supervise and lead a construction crew on post-frame building projects. Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and construction specifications. Coordinate daily jobsite activities, materials, and equipment. Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality. Monitor project progress and keep jobs on schedule. Communicate effectively with management, crew members, suppliers, and customers. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite. Lead by example and help train and develop crew members. Troubleshoot jobsite challenges and find practical solutions. Qualifications Previous construction experience required; foreman or crew-lead experience preferred. Experience with post-frame construction is a plus. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans. Reliable, hardworking, and committed to quality workmanship. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to travel to jobsites as needed. $25.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 60.0 per week
