About the Role We are looking for a hands-on Working Landscape Foreman to lead one field crew. This person will work alongside the team while directing daily production, maintaining safety and quality standards, solving field problems, and helping develop less-experienced employees. This is a leadership role for someone who takes ownership, communicates honestly, treats people with respect, and wants to grow professionally and personally. Responsibilities Lead daily crew startup, planning, task assignments, and jobsite closeout Perform and oversee landscape installation and hardscape work Manage layout, grading, drainage, base preparation, patios, walkways, walls, planting, sod, beds, and mulch Monitor production against project plans and estimated labor hours Prepare and safely load tools, equipment, and materials Reduce waste, damage, rework, and unnecessary return trips Inspect work before major phases are covered or completed Maintain jobsite safety and stop work when conditions are unsafe Communicate scope changes, delays, shortages, equipment issues, and customer concerns promptly Obtain customer approval before proceeding with changes Coach crew members and help them build skills and confidence Document progress, issues, photos, and customer decisions Follow company SOPs and help improve field processes What We're Looking For At least 3 years of hands-on landscape construction experience Crew leadership experience preferred Knowledge of hardscape installation, grading, drainage, planting, sod, and finish work Ability to safely operate skid steers, compactors, trailers, saws, and related equipment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to lead with humility, accountability, and respect Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record, if required Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding work Faith and Character We are a Christian company, and our faith is part of our workplace culture. Starting pay is expected to be $22-$24 per hour . Progression toward $30 per hour is based on demonstrated installation skill, crew leadership, clean closeouts, training ability, and schedule control. Pay increases are not automatic.
