We're especially interested in experienced post-frame carpenters and crew leaders who are currently working for another pole barn or post-frame construction company . Post-Frame Foreman | Pole Barn Foreman | Lead Carpenter | Post-Frame Carpenter | Crew Leader | Assistant Foreman | Framing Foreman | Agricultural Building Carpenter Ideal candidates have: Experience constructing post-frame or pole barn buildings Strong carpentry and structural framing skills Ability to read construction plans and understand building layouts Experience leading or mentoring other carpenters Strong work ethic, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail Willingness to work alongside the crew and lead by example Previous foreman experience is preferred, but experienced post-frame lead carpenters ready to step into leadership are encouraged to apply.
