Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Snow Working Site Foreman to lead and actively participate in site and utility construction projects. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage crews while working alongside them to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and work alongside crew members on site work and utility projects

• Communicate division standards on a daily basis. Manage, monitor, and supervise teams. Compliment and correct others as needed. Teach and motivate Crew Leads to strategize in order to accomplish jobs within budgeted hours.

• Establish and maintain outstanding quality. Fill in as Crew Lead when Crew Leads are not at work or when the project needs additional assistance. Develop positive working relationships with customers and all staff throughout Greener Group LLC. Ensure equipment is maintained and repaired as needed. Champion a safety first and teamwork culture. Identify additional opportunities for clients for site improvement. Responsible for outcomes and results. Participate in the snow and ice management season. Teach Crew Leads and Crew Members the different tasks of snow removal. Ensure their knowledge and understanding. Oversee installation of sewer, water, and drainage systems Read and interpret plans, specifications, and blueprints Coordinate daily activities and ensure efficient workflow Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Communicate effectively with project managers, inspectors, and team members Monitor quality control and maintain project timelines Operate heavy equipment as needed

Qualifications:

Proven experience in site work and utility construction (sewer, water, drainage) Prior supervisory or foreman experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to read and interpret construction plans Knowledge of safety standards and regulations Valid driver's license (CDL a plus) Proven ability to operate snow removal equipment, tools, and vehicles. Ability to work in a physically demanding, outdoor environment year-round Ability to secure and maintain a DOT medical certificate. OSHA Card.
