The Role We are looking for an exceptional Service Supervisor to help lead our growing Plumbing and HVAC Service Departments. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who understands the home service industry, enjoys developing technicians, and can help maintain high standards for customer service, workmanship, productivity, and professionalism.

What You'll Do:

Provide day to day leadership and support to service technicians across Plumbing and HVAC departments. Assist technicians with difficult service calls, diagnostics, customer situations and technical questions. Conduct field visits, ride alongs, and job quality inspections. Coach technicians on customer communication, presenting options, memberships, and company service procedures. Review completed service calls for proper documentation, photos, recommendations, and workmanship. Monitor overall technician performance, including key KPI's such revenue goals and customer satisfaction. Reinforce service standards. Handle escalated customer concerns as needed.

What We're Looking For:

Strong background in residential Plumbing and HVAC. Previous leadership, foreman, lead tech or supervisory experience preferred. Ability to coach technicians. Professional attitude and appearance. Organized and able to multitask.

Driving Record:

Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
