We are currently seeking a Full Time/Year-Round Service Foreman to join our growing team.

Candidates must have:

A thorough understanding of all roof systems including built up, modified, EPDM, TPO, and PVC Ability to diagnose roof leaks and make repairs Shingle/Slate experience is a plus Proficient in the safe handling of all roofing tools and equipment Knowledgeable of all roofing terminology Capability to directly supervise and lead apprentices in day to day activities Train helpers in leak investigations and repair procedures Have good communication skills Professionalism to provide excellent customer service Have basic knowledge of computers, tablets, and smartphones

Requirements/Experience:

A good driving record is essential for this position Must be able to climb a ladder Position requires lifting to 50lbs at times Must pass background check and drug screen Candidate must be neat, clean, and professional Previous commercial roofing experience in a lead position OSHA 10 preferred, OSHA 30 a plus
