Job Description

Marine Construction Pile Driving Foreman Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Marine Construction Pile Driving Foreman to lead field crews on marine construction projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with pile driving operations and the ability to safely and efficiently manage crews and equipment in a marine environment. Responsibilities Supervise and lead pile driving crews on marine construction projects Oversee installation of steel, timber, concrete, and/or pipe piles Operate and coordinate pile driving equipment and marine construction equipment Read and interpret project plans, drawings, and specifications Coordinate daily activities with project management and other trades Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications Maintain quality control throughout pile driving operations Train and provide direction to crew members Monitor equipment and report maintenance or repair needs Maintain accurate daily reports and production records Qualifications 5+ years of marine construction or pile driving experience Previous experience leading or supervising a pile driving crew Strong understanding of pile driving methods, equipment, and safety procedures Experience working from barges or other marine platforms preferred Ability to read construction plans and layouts Strong leadership and communication skills Willingness to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions Ability to travel as required by project needs OSHA and marine construction safety experience preferred Benefits Competitive hourly pay $40-$45 per hour Performance-based bonus opportunities Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off and company holidays Vehicle/Fuel Send resume to mitchell.guerrieri@gogpac.com for more information
