Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Foreman to lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate daily operations on-site, manage teams of skilled workers, ensure adherence to safety standards, and guarantee that projects are completed on time, within scope, and according to quality specifications. Your expertise in construction management and ability to interpret technical drawings will drive project success and foster a safe, productive work environment. Responsibilities Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all federal and local safety regulations such as OSHA standards. Review and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to guide team members and subcontractors effectively. Oversee quality control processes, ensuring work meets project specifications, building codes, and safety standards. Lead crew management efforts by supervising subcontractors and onsite personnel, providing clear instructions, managing performance, and resolving conflicts promptly. Coordinate with project managers, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and project progression. Preferred skill in welding/fabrication, able to work at elevated heights, can lift above 50 pounds. Skills Extensive experience with construction site management across commercial or Agriculture projects. Strong knowledge of construction scheduling techniques including managing construction schedules and coordinating timelines effectively. Skilled in managing teams in a fast-paced environment with excellent managerial communication skills. Deep understanding of construction safety regulations including OSHA standards and federal safety protocols. Pay:
$30.00 - $36.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 55.0 per week
