Valid Journeyman Electrician license requiredValid driver's license and clean driving record required8+ years of electrical experience requiredPrior leadership or management experience overseeing a crew and managing jobs/projects requiredStrong commercial electrical experience requiredDemonstrated ability to independently run commercial electrical projects and crewsStrong knowledge of commercial electrical construction, installations, electrical panels, distribution, circuitry, fixtures, and lighting systemsStrong ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, drawings, specifications, and construction documentsExperience planning manpower, materials, equipment, and daily field activitiesAbility to monitor schedules, labor productivity, workmanship, and project qualityStrong troubleshooting and field problem-solving skillsAbility to coordinate effectively with other trades and project stakeholdersStrong organizational, time-management, and verbal communication skillsAbility to train, delegate to, and provide clear direction to electricians and apprenticesSelf-directed and goal-oriented approach with the ability to work effectively without constant supervisionCommitment to electrical safety, code compliance, and high-quality craftsmanshipAbility to satisfy Laws Electric's applicable pre-employment requirementsLaws Electric is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
