Own the Jobsite. Deliver Results. Moore Mechanical is seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman to lead field operations on assigned plumbing projects. This role serves as the on-site leader responsible for crew productivity, installation quality, safety, material planning, and overall jobsite execution. Working closely with the Commercial Plumbing Supervisor and Project Manager, you'll ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to Moore Mechanical's standards while helping develop the next generation of plumbers and field leaders. Plumbing Foreman Commercial Plumbing Supervisor Commercial Plumbing Operations Leadership We actively invest in developing leaders who can grow with the company. What You'll Own Jobsite Leadership Lead daily operations on assigned plumbing projects Assign work and direct crew activities Establish daily priorities and production goals Maintain accountability for safety, quality, and productivity Foster a positive and professional jobsite culture Project Execution Coordinate labor resources to support project schedules Ensure installations are completed according to plans, specifications, and code requirements Identify and resolve field issues before they impact project performance Maintain project momentum and schedule commitments Material & Equipment Management Forecast material and equipment needs Coordinate deliveries and staging requirements Monitor material usage and reduce waste Ensure crews have the resources necessary to remain productive Crew Development Mentor apprentices, installers, and senior installers Provide hands-on coaching and technical guidance Develop future Foremen and field leaders Promote accountability, professionalism, and craftsmanship Quality & Safety Ensure installations meet company standards and applicable plumbing codes Promote a culture of doing the job right the first time Enforce company safety policies and procedures Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites What Success Looks Like Projects stay on schedule and productive Crews are organized, engaged, and accountable Material shortages are anticipated and prevented Installations meet quality standards with minimal rework Apprentices and installers develop under your leadership Safety expectations are consistently achieved Customers and General Contractors view Moore Mechanical as a trusted trade partner What We're Looking For 3+ years of plumbing installation experience Journeyman or Master Plumbing License preferred Previous Foreman, Lead Installer, or crew leadership experience Strong understanding of plumbing systems, installation practices, and building codes Ability to lead a commercial plumbing project from start to finish Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and construction documents Experience leading a crew of 4+ plumbers and apprentices Willingness to train, mentor, and develop apprentices and less-experienced plumbers Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Strong organizational and planning skills Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Authorized to work in the United States Our Core Values Honesty We communicate openly, take ownership, and do what we say we'll do.
