Responsibilities Supervise roofing crews to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high standards of quality and safety Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to guide installation and repair processes across various roofing systems including metal roofing, single-ply membrane roofing, and restoration projects Coordinate with project managers to plan daily tasks based on construction plans and schedules Ensure all team members adhere to construction safety regulations, including proper use of safety harnesses, ladder safety protocols, and heavy lifting procedures Oversee the use of hand tools, power tools, fabrication equipment, and scaffolding to complete roofing, siding installation, stucco work, masonry, tile laying, and carpentry tasks Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to enforce safety protocol adherence on-site Manage materials inventory and ensure proper handling of construction supplies such as caulking, trim carpentry materials, metal studs, plumbing fixtures, and other building components Qualifications Proven construction site experience with a focus on roofing projects; experience with metal roofing and single-ply membrane systems is highly desirable Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes and interpreting technical drawings or schematics Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery for various construction tasks Familiarity with construction workplace safety regulations including fall protection systems like safety harnesses and ladder use protocols Ability to read blueprints and understand complex construction plans for diverse projects such as remodeling or restoration work Experience with framing carpentry, masonry, stucco application, tile laying, plumbing integration, or concrete forming is a plus Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams while ensuring strict safety protocol adherence Outdoor work experience in varying weather conditions with physical capability for heavy lifting and long hours on-site Join us as a Roofing Foreman where your expertise will shape outstanding roofs while fostering a safe and productive environment.
