Our property preservation company needs independent subcontractors to service Buchanan County, MO, and throughout northern Missouri. We manage, repair, and preserve residential properties for lenders before, during, and after foreclosure. Each job varies based on the overall condition of the property. If you have Property Preservation, Construction, or General Handyman experience (especially with foreclosures or REO properties) and possess all the equipment listed below, please respond to this email with your contact info and a brief history. Qualified applicants must be able to pass a background check. Below is a partial list of jobs that our contractors are called upon to handle:

Lock/padlock changes
Board-ups
Major and Minor Repairs
Winterizations
Mold Remediation
Lawn Maintenance
Debris removal
Various other maintenance work.

Requirements for our contractors are as follows: Clean background Dependable mode of transportation for yourself and equipment (Pickup truck or work van only) Valid driver's license Trailer to haul away debris Standard tools, ladder, generator & a compressor for winterizations Smartphone (iPhone or droid) and GPS Contractor Supplies included but not limited to... knob locks, deadbolts, padlocks, hasps, lock boxes, plywood, building supplies, tarps, RV antifreeze, etc. Must have excellent communication skills and be detailed in documenting each job If you are interested, reply to this Ad with the following...
