Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Tree/Bucket Working Foreman and lead the charge in creating beautiful, healthy outdoor environments. This energetic role offers the opportunity to oversee and coordinate tree removal, bucket work, and hardscaping projects while managing a skilled crew. As a key leader, you will ensure safety, quality, and efficiency across all outdoor work activities, fostering a collaborative team atmosphere that thrives on high standards and continuous improvement. Your expertise in the operation of chainsaws and bucket/equipment operation will drive successful project execution from start to finish. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate tree trimming, removal, and bucket work operations to ensure timely completion while maintaining safety standards. Lead projects, including installation of fences. Manage crew members by assigning tasks and providing training on equipment operation. Operate company vehicles and equipment responsibly to support daily outdoor tasks. Ensure all work complies with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies; perform regular safety inspections. Qualifications Demonstrated supervising or team management experience in outdoor or landscaping environments. Skilled in operating landscaping equipment such as chainsaws, trimmers, irrigation tools, and aerial lifts or buckets. Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on crew management and training for outdoor work safety and efficiency. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles; ability to operate ground-based machinery safely. Physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions; familiarity with outdoor safety procedures is essential.
Pay:
$20.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 50.0 per week
