Brothers Landscaping & Design is looking for an experienced Hardscape Crew Leader to join our growing team. We specialize in high-quality outdoor living projects including patios, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, fire pits, drainage systems, turf installations, and landscape construction. Position Overview The Hardscape Crew Leader will be responsible for leading a crew in the installation of hardscape and outdoor living projects while maintaining quality, safety, efficiency, and professionalism on every job site. Responsibilities Lead and manage a hardscape installation crew daily. Read and follow project plans, layouts, and work orders. Install paver patios, walkways, retaining walls, fire pits, outdoor kitchens, drainage systems, and related hardscape features. Operate equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, compactors, and saws. Ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet company quality standards. Communicate with project managers regarding project progress, materials, and job site needs. Train and mentor crew members. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site. Complete daily job reports and documentation as required. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of hardscape installation experience. Minimum 1 year of crew leadership or foreman experience preferred. Knowledge of paver installation, retaining wall construction, grading, drainage, and outdoor living projects. Ability to read plans and layouts. Experience operating construction equipment. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
