In this role, you'll be the glue that holds our projects together. You'll supervise a team of electricians, ensuring all electrical projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. But that's not all! You'll also play a vital role in mentoring and training the next generation of electricians. You'll share your expertise and help them develop the skills they need to succeed. Here's a taste of what you'll be doing: Supervising and coordinating a team of electricians to ensure efficient and safe completion of projects. Reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics. Troubleshooting electrical problems and diagnosing issues. Ensuring adherence to all safety codes and regulations. Keeping projects on track and within budget. Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 5+ years of experience in electrical installation and wiring Proven experience in a lead or supervisory role Working knowledge of electrical codes and regulations Able to interpret wiring diagrams and schematics Proficient in conduit bending, branch wiring and other trade related skills Excellent communication and problem-solving skills A high attention to detail Able to work in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license and clean driving record Pass drug test Job Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
