Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Metal Roofing Install Foreman to lead a steel roofing crew. In this role, you will oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensure safety standards are met, and deliver exceptional craftsmanship on each project. Your leadership will drive efficiency, quality, and team cohesion as you bring our clients' roofing visions to life. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate roofing installation crew on construction sites, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings related to metal roofing projects Operate and oversee the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery required for roofing tasks Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Collaborate with project managers to plan daily work schedules and material needs Conduct quality inspections throughout the project to meet company standards and client expectations Train team members in proper techniques for metal roofing installation, fabrication, and related trades Experience Proven experience in construction site management or as a roofing foreman with a focus on metal roofing projects Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, welding, masonry, carpentry, framing, and fabrication techniques Familiarity with various trades including plumbing, masonry, stucco, drywall (metal stud framing), tile laying, caulking, trim carpentry, restoration work, and remodeling processes Ability to lift heavy materials safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly Prior experience with construction estimating software or schematics interpretation is a plus Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously Join us as a Metal Roofing Install Foreman and be part of a dynamic team committed to excellence! Pay:

$25.00 - $45.00 per hour
