We are a large property management company seeking a reliable, hardworking, and experienced Residential Remodeling Specialist to assist with our residential renovation and remodeling projects in our properties in Minot, ND. The ideal candidate is comfortable performing a wide variety of construction tasks and can work seamlessly both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities Drywall Installation & Repair:

Execute full drywall tasks including hanging, taping, mudding, sanding, and texturing.

Finishing Work:

Complete high-quality interior and exterior painting, as well as the installation of flooring, trim, baseboards, and doors.

Renovations & Repairs:

Assist with full kitchen and bathroom renovations, perform minor carpentry, and handle general home repairs.

Turnover Preparation:

Identify and execute necessary repairs to efficiently prepare properties for new occupancy.

Site Management:

Complete initial demolition, ongoing cleanup, and job site preparation. Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment.

Project Execution:

Deliver assigned projects efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality workmanship.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

Proven experience in residential remodeling or general construction is highly preferred.

Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency with basic hand and power tools, alongside the ability to perform multiple diverse remodeling tasks.

Professional Attributes:

Possess a strong work ethic, close attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or follow structured instructions.

Deadlines:

Ability to meet project deadlines and timelines as directed by the Foreman.

Logistics:

Must have reliable transportation to handle local travel between various job sites.

Schedule & Logistics Job Type:

Full-time (40 hours per week)

Schedule:

Day shift, with flexibility to work Saturdays as needed.
