White Castle Roofing is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Foreman to lead crews, oversee projects, and ensure quality workmanship and jobsite safety from start to finish. What You'll Get $25-$30/hour , based on experience Paid time off and holidays Health, dental, and vision insurance Employer-paid life insurance and short-term disability 401(k) with profit-sharing bonus Annual apparel allowance and employee referral program Paid training and career advancement opportunities Supportive, safety-focused team environment What You'll Do Lead and supervise commercial roofing crews Coordinate daily work and oversee projects through completion Install, maintain, and repair TPO, EPDM, and PVC roofing systems Read tape measurements and cut materials to specifications Set up fall protection, scaffolding, and safety equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite Monitor progress and provide updates to the Superintendent Train crew members and address safety concerns Communicate with management, customers, property owners, and contractors Take ownership of crew productivity, workmanship, and project success What We're Looking For 3+ years of commercial roofing experience Experience with TPO, EPDM, PVC, composition, and flat roofing Previous crew leadership or supervisory experience Knowledge of OSHA requirements and jobsite safety Ability to use hand and power tools and work at heights in varying weather conditions Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Dependable, accountable, and committed to quality and safety Valid driver's license and clean driving record required High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Schedule:

Full-time, hourly, non-exempt; Monday-Friday, occasional Saturdays, variable hours, and out-of-town travel as needed. Why White Castle Roofing?
