Granite State Utilities is hiring an experienced Aerial Cable Construction Foreman/Lineman to lead our field crew on telecom and utility construction projects. This is a working foreman role, meaning you will both supervise and actively participate in aerial cable installation. We are a growing, tight-knit company looking for reliable, skilled professionals who take pride in safety, efficiency, and quality work. What You'll Do Lead and manage daily aerial construction crew operations Install, maintain, and repair aerial cable systems Read and interpret maps, prints, and utility plans Ensure all work meets company, client, and safety standards Monitor production and meet project timelines Train and support crew members in the field

Qualifications Required:

Aerial cable construction experience (telecom/utility) Foreman or crew leadership experience strongly preferred Valid Driver's License (preferred) Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card Comfortable working at heights and in all weather conditions Strong work ethic and attention to detail Pay & Benefits Production-based pay structure ($26
