MasterTech Environmental is seeking an experienced Working Foreman/Project Manager to join our growing team. We perform mold remediations and cleanups in homes and businesses throughout Northern New Jersey. Our Mold Remediation Technicians work in basements and attics cleaning/removing mold contamination. Working Foreman responsibilities include :

• Work hands-on alongside your team of technicians to complete mold remediation, water damage mitigation, hoarding and miscellaneous cleanup jobs.
• Manage teams on site to ensure the highest quality of work and customer satisfaction.
• Site Safety Officer.

Oversee employee, job site and client safety including PPE, environmental sampling, and emergency prep.

Project Manager responsibilities include:

• Plan and execute job according to scope of work. Plan timeline, assign personnel, coordinate access, recognize/report obstacles.
• Coordinate with office and inspector/estimators on job details and agreements.
• Thoroughly document every project - job info, notes, pictures. Utilize Field Job Management app on your smartphone.
• Maintain daily communication with clients regarding project updates and to answer questions/concerns. Collect deposits and payments.
• Attend daily conference call with company management.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a crew lead, foreman or project manager within a similar industry.
• Excellent communication skills - you can effectively direct technicians AND communicate with clients in a way that instills confidence.
• Impressive attention to detail - you are organized and make sure all tasks are complete.
• Absolutely dependable and responsive to clients, administrators, and management.

This position reports to Senior Manager and Owner Company vehicle provided Starting rate $25 per hour. Paid sick leave, vacation time, and accident/disability insurance.
