Achristavest Fine Home Builders is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to lead the day-to-day construction of high-quality custom residential projects. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for keeping projects safe, organized, on schedule, and aligned with our standards for craftsmanship, communication, and client service—from pre-construction through homeowner turnover. The ideal candidate is a proactive construction professional who understands what is happening on the job today, anticipates what will be needed next, and takes ownership of moving the entire project forward. You will coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, materials, selections, documentation, and communication while protecting quality at every phase. What You'll Do

• Own and actively manage construction schedules, including short- and long-range planning.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, surveys, inspections, and specialty trades.
• Review plans, shop drawings, field conditions, dimensions, and construction details for coordination and constructability.
• Identify conflicts, long-lead items, missing information, and potential delays before they affect the project.
• Inspect work throughout construction and hold trade partners accountable for quality, completeness, safety, and schedule commitments.
• Partner with the office-based Project Manager, designers, architects, engineers, homeowners, and vendors to keep information and decisions moving.
• Maintain organized project records and document progress, concealed conditions, deficiencies, and key decisions using CompanyCam and other technology.
• Provide proactive homeowner updates and communicate significant changes, risks, and required decisions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and professionally presented job site.
• Lead punch-list completion, final inspections, system turnover, and homeowner closeout. What We're Looking For
• Previous experience supervising high-quality custom residential construction is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction practices, sequencing, and quality control.
• Ability to read and understand architectural, structural, engineering, interior design, and trade drawings.
• Demonstrated ability to lead subcontractors, manage competing priorities, and follow issues through resolution.
• Excellent organization, judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort using technology for scheduling, photography, documentation, and project communication.
• Professional demeanor and a commitment to safety, integrity, craftsmanship, and client service.
