The Manager Plant Operations coordinates, directs, performs and supervises employees engaged in operation, maintenance and repair of the buildings and utilities systems. Works, coordinates, supervises the activities of the employees engaged in maintenance and repair work of buildings physical structure, of ground and utility systems to include plumbing, masonry, carpentry, electrical work, refrigeration air conditioning, ventilating, heating, steam and mechanical systems.

Qualifications:

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs. Minimum of five years of technical training. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in two of the four trades: electrical, structural, mechanical, plumbing/pipe fitting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.

Licenses and Certifications Required:
