This role is vital in ensuring that electrical installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. As a key leader on the job site, you will coordinate teams, manage schedules, review technical drawings, and ensure compliance with all safety and construction regulations. Your expertise in construction management software and heavy electrical systems will drive project success from start to finish. Responsibilities Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial construction sites, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. Manage daily operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with other trades to maintain project timelines. Review and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and technical documents to guide installation processes accurately Oversee quality control measures and conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards like OSHA and federal construction safety regulations. Coordinate construction schedules with project managers to meet deadlines. Supervise team performance, provide training on safety procedures including OSHA standards, and enforce compliance with all construction regulations. Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, safety records, change orders, and inspection reports. Qualifications Proven experience managing commercial electrical projects.. Extensive knowledge of electrical codes, construction regulations, safety protocols including OSHA standards, and federal safety regulations. Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and interpret complex technical information accurately. Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams in a fast-paced construction environment; excellent communication skills for effective management and client interactions. Hands-on experience supervising electrical crews on light industrial and commercial projects; familiarity with construction scheduling and project coordination. Ability to operate testing equipment such as ohmmeters for quality assurance purposes. Construction site experience with a focus on safety management practices related to heavy electrical work.
