Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Working Foreman that is capable of working both on their own, as well as over another co worker. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting daily operations, and ensuring that work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, construction site experience, and a solid understanding of construction scheduling and utility infrastructure installation. Responsibilities Coordinate and execute daily construction activities on the job site, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Oversee construction scheduling to meet project deadlines and coordinate with clients and other contractors. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company and client policies at all times. Monitor the use of basic hand tools and motorized construction equipment, ensuring proper operation and maintenance. Assist in the installation and repair of public utility infrastructure such as water services, gas services, septic systems, electrical systems, and conduit installations. Operate construction equipment as needed, demonstrating proficiency with various machinery. Maintain accurate documentation related to daily activities, safety reports, and equipment usage when applicable. Be able to perform on site basic equipment preliminary maintenance and repair. Pass background checks and drug screenings as required for site safety compliance. Use own reliable transportation to commute to our office and occasionally to the site. Experience Prior construction site experience is essential, with a focus on utility infrastructure installation preferred. Demonstrated experience in construction scheduling is required. Moderate knowledge of public utility infrastructure such as water, gas, septic systems, electrical wiring, and conduit installation is desirable. Familiarity with basic hand tools and motorized construction equipment operation is necessary. Valid Class B driver's license is required; a Class A license is preferred. Equipment operating experience is highly required. Ability to pass background checks and drug screens is mandatory. Pay:
$25.00 - $50.00 per hour
