Superb Concepts is a high-end landscape design-build company specializing in outdoor living, landscape installation, drainage, decorative concrete, and snow operations throughout Northeast Ohio. What We Offer:

$20-$35/hr based on verified experience P4

P Profit Sharing:

10% of saved labor hours paid to crews that beat estimated man hours

Quality Bonus:

Job Referral Bonus:

$200-$500 per signed referral depending on project size 1 Week PTO per year Four 10-hour days during peak season Take-home truck for the right foreman with fuel provided Growth opportunities into leadership and Project Manager roles Strong team culture with high standards and accountability

Responsibilities:

Operate equipment including skid steers, mini excavators, tractors, and dump trucks Install patios, retaining walls, drainage systems, landscaping, and decorative concrete Snow plowing and salting during winter operations Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites

Requirements:

MUST HAVE LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE

Valid driver's license Ability to pass initial drug screening Ability to lift 80+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Landscaping or construction experience preferred but not required — training available Takes feedback well and applies it Shows up consistently, even when conditions are tough
