What We Offer:

$20-$35/hr based on verified experience P4

Job Referral Bonus:

Responsibilities:

Operate equipment including skid steers, mini excavators, tractors, and dump trucks Install patios, retaining walls, drainage systems, landscaping, and decorative concrete Snow plowing and salting during winter operations Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites

Requirements:

MUST HAVE LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE

Valid driver's license Ability to pass initial drug screening Ability to lift 80+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Landscaping or construction experience preferred but not required — training available Takes feedback well and applies it Shows up consistently, even when conditions are tough
