Role:

Join Wards Painting and Staining LLC as a Residential Painter, where you'll bring homes to life with your artistic touch. Based in Mentor-on-the-Lake, OH, we are passionate about delivering high-quality painting services that exceed our clients' expectations.

Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming. Apply paint, stain, and sealants to interior and exterior surfaces. Mix and match colors to meet client specifications. Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and requirements. Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. Follow company policies and procedures for job site safety and cleanliness.

Requirements:

Proven experience in residential painting, both interior and exterior. Strong knowledge of painting techniques and materials. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Strong communication skills and customer service orientation. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
