Williams Construction is a third-generation, family-owned contractor based in Pryor, Oklahoma. We're looking for a Civil Superintendent to lead our self-performed crews on structural concrete, duct bank, and excavation work throughout Northeast Oklahoma. You'll lead field crews and the foremen under them, and you'll answer for the crew's safety and productivity. Our work includes duct banks for electrical power, equipment foundations, walls, piers, and pits. It's all structural and underground work. We don't do residential, sidewalks, or parking lots. You'll plan and sequence excavation, forming, rebar, embeds, and pours. You'll coordinate pumps, batch plants, inspectors, and other trades. You'll hold crews to layout and tolerance, and own jobsite safety, including trench and excavation safety. What we're looking for 5+ years as a foreman, general foreman, or superintendent on structural concrete, duct bank or underground utility, or heavy civil crews Hands-on knowledge of excavation and concrete placement. Stronger in one is fine, as long as you can direct both. Experience with large placements using pumps and multiple trucks Someone who holds people accountable, treats them fairly, and owns it when something goes wrong A valid driver's license. We provide the truck. Helpful, not required: OSHA 30, plant or shutdown experience, CPR and First Aid.
