Job Description

CoolSys seeks a Foreman Installation Refrigeration to lead field crews installing commercial refrigeration systems for construction projects. You'll interpret plans, coordinate with GCs and trades, and ensure safe, high-quality installations from piping and brazing through startup and commissioning. Responsibilities Lead and supervise field crews installing commercial refrigeration systems on construction projects. Interpret plans, specs, and schematics to plan layout and installation sequence. Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to keep projects on schedule. Ensure compliance with Cool Sys safety standards and OSHA requirements on every jobsite. Perform piping, brazing, equipment setting, and system startup/commissioning. Inspect work for quality, complete punch lists, and resolve field issues. Train and mentor installers and apprentices on best practices and company standards. Maintain accurate daily reports, material usage, and change documentation.
