Foreman Pipefitter Lead Foreman Pipefitter Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Foreman Pipefitter to lead commercial and industrial HVAC/mechanical projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in piping installation, crew management, project coordination, and quality control. This individual will oversee pipefitting teams while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications. Responsibilities Supervise and lead pipefitting crews on commercial and industrial construction projects. Coordinate daily activities, manpower, materials, and equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and mechanical drawings. Install, modify, and repair piping systems for HVAC, chilled water, hot water, and mechanical systems.

Manage installation of:

Black iron pipe Black steel pipe Galvanized pipe Welded pipe systems Water source heat pump piping Duct systems and mechanical equipment connections Perform and oversee: Soldering Brazing ProPress installations Threading and grooving Pipe welding coordination Lead installation and startup of: Rooftop Units (RTUs) Large tonnage HVAC equipment Pumps, boilers, and mechanical room equipment Ensure work meets project specifications, local codes, and company quality standards. Conduct jobsite safety meetings and enforce OSHA compliance. Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and subcontractors. Qualifications 5+ years of commercial or industrial pipefitting experience. Previous experience as a Foreman, Lead Pipefitter, or Crew Leader preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and isometric drawings. Strong leadership and communication skills. OSHA certification preferred. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
