You'll work hands-on with pavers, concrete, and masonry materials, building high-quality patios, retaining walls, walkways, and outdoor living spaces while managing workflow, material allocation, and job site organization. Key Responsibilities Lead a crew of 1 to 2 other individuals in the installation of paver patios, concrete patios, retaining walls, walkways, and outdoor living spaces Perform hands-on hardscape, concrete, and basic masonry work Read and follow blueprints, site plans, layouts, and project specifications Ensure work is completed according to proper installation methods and company quality standards Operate equipment and tools, including skid steers, compactors, saws, and related hardscape equipment Manage daily jobsite workflow, materials, tools, and crew productivity Train and mentor crew members Communicate with Project Managers, customers, vendors, and team members Identify and resolve jobsite issues as they arise Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite Follow all company safety policies and procedures Winter Work - Commercial Snow Removal We do not lay off employees in the winter!
