Job Summary White Rose Interiors, LLC (WRI) is a commercial construction company serving South Central PA and Northern MD. We have offices in York and Myerstown. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Foreman for field supervision and labor. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate daily operations on-site, manage teams of skilled workers, ensure adherence to safety standards, and maintain project schedules and budgets. Your expertise in construction management, technical drawing interpretation, and team supervision will drive project success while maintaining the highest quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale commercial construction projects, ensuring efficient workflows and exceptional results. Responsibilities Supervise and manage construction crews while working along side the team, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans to guide on-site activities. Oversee safety compliance by enforcing OSHA regulations and federal construction safety standards across the site. Monitor quality control. Work with Project Manager to control project budget and expenses. Lead team meetings to communicate project goals, safety protocols, and progress updates effectively. Ensure proper use of construction management software such as ProCore and Edge for documentation and communication. Supervise subcontractors and vendors, ensuring work aligns with project timelines and specifications. Skills 3-5 years' experience in commercial construction field work and site management with a strong background in commercial construction projects. Field experience with either Metal Framing, Drywall Hanging, Drywall Finishing or Acoustical Ceiling Tile. Understanding of construction regulations such as OSHA standards and federal safety requirements. Skilled in blueprint reading, technical drawing review, and interpreting complex construction plans. Proven ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high safety standards. Strong management skills with experience in budgeting, project scheduling, quality control, and crew supervision. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
