Job Overview:

We are a small but dedicated residential construction business in Narvon, PA seeking a reliable and experienced Foreman to oversee and coordinate construction projects from start to finish. As a Foreman, the candidate will play a key leadership role in the execution of a variety of construction projects -- from porch and patio construction to bathroom and kitchen remodels to basement and attic finish-outs -- ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of construction processes, and the ability to manage a crew effectively while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met. Duties Execute various construction tasks including demo, framing, trim carpentry, door and window installation, and siding and shingle installation while supervising and leading construction crews on site. Coordinate daily tasks according to project plans and schedules Monitor progress and provide reports to project managers Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Inspect work to guarantee high-quality standards Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors as needed

Requirements:

Proven experience as a foreman or similar supervisory role in construction is preferred. A minimum of (5) years of experience in the construction industry is mandatory Valid PA Driver's License is mandatory Strong knowledge of construction tools, materials, and methods Ability to read blueprints and plans Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to conduct oneself professionally on the job site and set a positive example for less senior crew members Benefits Start date benefits include overtime at time-and-a-half, paid holidays, paid birthday, and paid sick days.
