Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Foreman to oversee our construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction management processes. This role is critical in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Duties Manage aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Utilize construction management software such as Prolog and Bluebeam to track project progress and documentation. Review schematics and contracts to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations. Implement quality control measures throughout the construction process to maintain high standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise. Prepare reports on project status, including budget updates and timeline adjustments. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations on the job site. Experience Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or in a similar role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction management practices, including budgeting and quality control processes. Ability to read and interpret schematics and contracts effectively. Experience with managing teams and coordinating multiple aspects of construction projects is essential. Proficiency in using tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical work may be beneficial but is not required.
