NOW HIRING -EXPERIENCED SITEWORK FOREMAN ONPOINT SITEWORK & DEMOLITION

Georgetown / Horry Counties Onpoint Sitework & Demolition is seeking an experienced, dependable, and motivated Sitework Foreman to lead crews and oversee daily field operations. We are looking for a hands-on leader with extensive knowledge of site development, concrete construction, underground utilities, grading, and heavy equipment operations.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Sitework & Land Development:

Extensive experience in clearing, grading, excavation, and site preparation.

Concrete Construction:

Knowledge of concrete forming, sidewalks, curb and gutter, foundations, and concrete placement.

Blueprint Reading:

Ability to read, interpret, and execute civil construction plans, specifications, and elevations.

Layout & Surveying:

Experience with construction staking, site layout, elevations, and survey equipment.

Stormwater & Drainage:

Experience installing storm drain systems, catch basins, manholes, underground piping, and stormwater management systems.

Heavy Equipment Operation:

Proficient in operating excavators, bulldozers, skid steers, loaders, and other construction equipment.

Grading & Elevations:

Ability to shoot grades, establish elevations, calculate slopes, and ensure proper drainage.

Crew Leadership:

Ability to supervise crews, coordinate subcontractors, delegate responsibilities, and maintain productivity.

Quality & Safety:

Ensure work is completed accurately, safely, and according to plans and specifications.

QUALIFICATIONS

Proven experience as a sitework or civil construction foreman. Strong understanding of all phases of site development. Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must be dependable, hardworking, and willing to work alongside the crew when needed.
