2988837216-2 Apply for this job now Job Description MasTec is seeking a Licensed Electrical Foreman to lead field crews on utility and energy infrastructure projects across South Dakota. In this role, you'll oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems for power delivery and renewables, ensuring strict adherence to safety, quality, and code requirements. You will coordinate schedules, materials, and subcontractors, read and interpret plans, and document work progress. Responsibilities Lead and supervise electrical crews on utility and energy projects Plan, coordinate, and schedule daily field activities and resources Install, maintain, and repair electrical infrastructure to code Ensure strict compliance with Mas Tec and OSHA safety standards Interpret blueprints, one-lines, and construction documents Inspect work quality and complete necessary documentation Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors Train and mentor electricians and apprentices Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform system testing Maintain tools, equipment, and organized job sites Required Skills Electrical construction Utility power systems Reading blueprints and schematics NFPA 70 E and NEC code compliance Crew supervision and leadership Job site safety management Medium/high-voltage systems Testing and troubleshooting Project planning and scheduling Equipment operation (lifts, trenchers, etc.)
