Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Foreman Journeyman to lead and manage electrical installation teams on industrial and commercial construction sites. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee complex projects, ensure safety compliance, and deliver exceptional quality. As a key leader on our team, you will coordinate daily activities, manage crews, interpret technical drawings, and ensure project milestones are met efficiently. Duties Lead and supervise electrical installation teams on industrial and commercial construction sites, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specifications. Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, technical diagrams, and specifications to guide installation processes. Coordinate construction schedules using project management software. Manage daily site operations including safety protocols in accordance with OSHA and federal construction safety regulations. Oversee quality control measures, ensuring adherence to industry standards and project requirements. Collaborate with project managers to develop budgets, manage resources, and track project progress. Supervise crew management activities including training, performance evaluations, and maintaining a safe work environment. Qualifications Valid Journeyman Electrician license with extensive experience in industrial or commercial electrical projects. Proven management experience supervising electrical crews in construction settings. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics accurately. Familiarity with OSHA standards and federal construction safety regulations; OSHA certification preferred. Experience with construction site safety management and quality control procedures. Excellent communication skills for managing teams effectively and coordinating with project stakeholders. Knowledge of construction regulations related to commercial projects; experience with pipeline or heavy industrial projects is a plus. Ability to operate testing equipment such as ohmmeters for troubleshooting electrical systems.
