Job description Yellowstone Local is looking for Licensed Plumbing Subcontractors for an opportunity with an industry leader in residential new-construction plumbing in Dallas-Fort Worth, TX.If you know plumbing from rough-in through final trim and want consistent opportunities to put that expertise to work across DFW, we want to work with you.

Complete residential plumbing rough-ins accurately and according to project specificationsPerform top-out plumbing for new-construction homesComplete trim-phase plumbing installationsInstall piping, plumbing fixtures, and related plumbing componentsFollow applicable Texas plumbing codes, installation standards, and project requirementsCoordinate with production managers and other trades on active construction sitesComplete assigned plumbing projects safely, accurately, and on scheduleMaintain clean, organized, and professional work areasDeliver workmanship that meets established quality and service standardsOperate as an independent subcontractor and remain responsible for applicable taxes, insurance, tools, equipment, and other business expenses
Current Texas plumbing licenseProfessional residential plumbing and/or new-construction plumbing experienceExperience with rough-in, top-out, and trim plumbing phases strongly preferredStrong knowledge of applicable plumbing codes and residential plumbing installation practicesAbility to read project requirements and complete plumbing installations to specificationAbility to work independently and manage assigned projects effectivelyDependable and professional approach with a commitment to quality workmanshipAbility to travel to residential construction job sites throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth MetroplexEIN (Federal Tax ID)DBA (Assumed Business Name registered with the state)Appropriate plumbing credentials required to perform assigned workAbility to operate as an independent subcontractorNecessary tools, equipment, and resources to complete assigned plumbing workYellowstone Local is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
