Position Overview:

The Crew Lead will oversee a 3-4 person installation crew and be responsible for all aspects of the fluid-applied roofing process. This includes managing job site operations, troubleshooting roofing issues, communicating with customers, and ensuring quality control.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a 3-4 person crew on commercial roofing projects Ensure proper application of fluid-applied silicone coatings Operate and maintain spray and coating equipment Communicate effectively with customers and project managers Track and upload receipts and job information to our CRM Maintain a safe and efficient job site

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of construction experience or roofing management Strong knowledge of spray equipment and silicone application techniques Must be able to travel weekly and work out of town Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check (required for refinery, school, and military projects) TWIC card preferred Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work comfortably at heights Able to lead a team Benefits (for all traveling team members): All travel expenses paid (hotel, company-provided meals, and daily expense card) Company truck provided while traveling Opportunities for growth and advancement
