Structured Trades is seeking an experienced and dependable Bilingual Construction Labor Foreman for a major data center construction project with a leading national General Contractor in Midlothian, TX . This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for supervising general construction laborers, coordinating material deliveries, verifying shipments, and ensuring jobsite operations run safely and efficiently. We are looking for a strong leader who can manage a crew, stay organized, communicate effectively, and work independently during overnight operations. Job Responsibilities Supervise and lead a crew of general construction laborers during night shift operations. Assign daily tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently. Receive, inspect, and verify incoming construction material and equipment deliveries. Review packing slips, delivery dates, material quantities, and shipment accuracy. Identify and report missing, damaged, or incorrect materials. Coordinate unloading, staging, storage, and distribution of materials throughout the jobsite. Maintain accurate delivery logs and communicate updates to jobsite management. Ensure all workers follow jobsite safety procedures and regulations. Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas. Assist with general construction labor duties as needed. Job Requirements Must be bilingual in English and Spanish. Previous construction foreman, crew lead, or supervisory experience

REQUIRED.

Commercial, industrial, or data center construction experience preferred. Experience coordinating construction material deliveries, inventory, or jobsite logistics preferred. Ability to read packing slips, verify quantities, and maintain accurate delivery records. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Must be reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently. Must have reliable transportation to the Midlothian jobsite. Ability to perform physical construction labor and work outdoors. Must be available for NIGHT SHIFT and flexible with overtime or changing project schedules. Must be available to start November 2, 2026.
