Job Title Pool Construction Foreman / Crew Lead Job Overview We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Pool Construction Foreman to join our team. This is a working leadership role — not a desk or pure management position. You'll operate heavy equipment, perform physical labor, drive trucks and trailers, and take ownership of jobsites. You'll be trusted to go to a site alone, troubleshoot issues, keep work moving, provide guidance to contractors, and have clear, productive conversations with customers. If you're more capable than a laborer but don't want the full project-manager load, this is the role. Key Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment (excavators, loaders, skid steers, etc.) safely and productively as a core part of daily work Perform physical labor alongside the crew when needed Drive large trucks and trailers to transport equipment, materials, and yourself between jobsites Go to jobsites independently to assess and resolve issues, keep projects on track, and maintain productivity Provide on-site guidance and light oversight of contractors and trades (with support from the project team as needed) Communicate clearly and professionally with customers about progress, site conditions, and day-to-day questions Read and follow construction drawings and site plans to ensure accurate work Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite; follow company and OSHA safety standards Coordinate daily workflow, materials, and equipment so the crew can work efficiently Report progress, issues, and needs back to the project manager or superintendent Requirements Proven experience operating heavy equipment on construction or pool sites Comfortable with physical labor in outdoor conditions Valid driver's license; CDL preferred (or willingness/ability to obtain) for driving large trucks and trailers Ability to work independently on a jobsite, troubleshoot problems, and keep work moving without constant supervision Experience providing guidance to other workers or contractors on-site Clear, professional communication skills for customer interactions Ability to read basic construction drawings and site plans Strong safety mindset and knowledge of jobsite best practices Reliable, self-motivated, and able to represent the company well in the field

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
