Available Benefits Help for . Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate multiple electrical foremen and installation crews across THU work areas. Plan, sequence, and manage daily and weekly work activities to meet project schedules and milestones. Ensure all work is performed in accordance with OSHA standards, site-specific safety rules, and ABM safety programs. Provide leadership and direction for electrical installation, tool hook-up, power distribution, controls, grounding, and related systems. Review drawings, specifications, and work plans to ensure proper execution and constructability. Coordinate with project management, other trades, client representatives, and tool owners to resolve conflicts and maintain workflow. Track labor hours, productivity, material usage, and equipment needs; report status to project leadership. Identify and proactively address critical path issues related to design, material availability, manpower, or access constraints. Support inspections, testing, commissioning, and turnover activities as required. Mentor foremen and field personnel, promoting skill development and strong safety culture.
