Utility Superintendent - Hampton, VA $90,000-$145,000 A growing heavy civil contractor is seeking an experienced Utility Superintendent to oversee underground utility projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong experience managing water, sewer, storm drain, and utility infrastructure work .
