As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Foreman to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Mechanical Foreman to oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of mechanical systems on construction sites. The Mechanical Foreman will be responsible for coordinating and supervising a team of skilled technicians and ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the work of mechanical technicians, ensuring that tasks are assigned and completed according to project schedules and specifications. Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of mechanical systems, including HVAC, and mechanical systems, in accordance with building codes and industry standards. Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards. Provide on-the-job training and guidance to team members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that project deadlines are met and that any issues or delays are promptly addressed. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used, labor hours, and project progress. Troubleshoot mechanical systems and equipment as needed, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner. Assist with the procurement of materials and equipment needed for projects, ensuring that they meet project requirements and budgetary constraints.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or certification in mechanical systems preferred. Proven experience as a mechanical foreman or similar role in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, and mechanical systems. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members, contractors, and clients. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced construction environment. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
