New Life Rockeries

Hardscape Crew Lead

Job Description

# Hardscape Crew Lead ## Build a career. Stand behind it. New Life Rockeries & Retaining Walls is a Pacific Northwest team built on craftsmanship, practical knowledge, and pride in work that lasts. We are looking for people who care about doing the details right, looking out for one another, and leaving every project better than they found it. ## The opportunity New Life Rockeries is hiring a working field leader to turn project plans into organized, productive days for a hardscape crew. The role leads residential and commercial outdoor work, including retaining walls, paver systems, excavation, grading, drainage, base preparation, cuts, finishes, and punch work. The Crew Lead owns daily production, technical quality, safety, crew accountability, job-site control, labor awareness, documentation, and early communication of risks. This person must combine strong hands-on hardscape capability with the ability to plan work, delegate, coach, inspect, solve field problems, and hold the whole crew accountable rather than simply performing the most difficult installation work personally.
