Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate roofing crews during installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofs including single-ply membrane roofing, metal roofing, and siding installation. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure accurate execution of projects. Ensure all team members adhere to construction safety regulations, including proper use of safety harnesses, ladders, and personal protective equipment. Manage daily project activities, including heavy lifting, use of power tools and hand tools, and precise application of caulking and masonry techniques. Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce safety protocol adherence to maintain a secure work environment. Oversee quality control inspections for roofing repairs and installations to meet company standards and client expectations. Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members to keep projects on schedule and within scope. Requirements Proven construction experience with a focus on roofing, siding installation, or related trades such as masonry or stucco. Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes and interpreting technical drawings or blueprints. Hands-on experience with roofing materials including single-ply membranes and metal roofing systems. Familiarity with construction workplace safety regulations and proper use of safety harnesses, ladders, hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques. Ability to lead outdoor work teams efficiently while maintaining high safety standards. Experience with construction site management including blueprint reading, concrete forming, caulking applications, metal stud framing, remodeling projects, and masonry work is preferred. Excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to interpret technical plans accurately. Valid experience in outdoor environments with physical stamina to handle demanding tasks in varying weather conditions.
