POSITION SUMMARY
You'll lead your crew from start to finish on every production job — coordinating tasks and assignments, monitoring project progress, and keeping work on track from both a time and budgetary standpoint. You'll mentor your team, deliver high-quality installations, and ensure every customer experience reflects the TerraFirma standard.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, Manage & Accountability Lead a high-performance crew, coordinating assignments based on work priority, schedules, and workforce availability Supervise crew members and provide on-the-job training to Installers and Co-Foremen Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety checks — safety is non-negotiable on every job site Monitor project progress and keep jobs on track from a time and budgetary standpoint Motivate and recognize your team to foster a positive, high-performance work culture Address performance issues promptly and loop in the Production Manager as needed Installations Review job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed before arriving on site Assess job site conditions on arrival and set forth a clear plan — time allotment, tool needs, and work order Install TerraFirma products and services, driving quality workmanship and on-time completion Troubleshoot and innovate on the spot to resolve challenges and meet company standards and timetables Drive the company vehicle to and from the job site daily Work in small or tight enclosed spaces such as crawlspaces and basements safely Collect payment upon job completion and ensure all final documentation is completed accurately and submitted to the proper parties Customer Service Provide customers with superior quality and service while on site Keep customers informed throughout the project using TerraFirma's messaging system Clearly explain any job changes and obtain customer approval before proceeding Confirm satisfaction at completion — review all work to ensure it meets or exceeds expectations Leave every job site clean — often better than you found it
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 1 year of leadership experience as a Foreman or Project Lead Experience in foundation repair, crawl space encapsulation, basement waterproofing, or concrete lifting preferred Prior experience installing Helical/Push Piers and/or Pin Piles a plus Strong communication skills — ability to motivate, delegate, and hold a team accountable Basic construction or mechanical knowledge with hands-on equipment experience Able to read and interpret engineering plans and job specifications Comfortable using mobile technology — phones, apps, and tablets — for project management Fluent in English (spoken, written); Spanish is a plus High school diploma or GED preferred Valid driver's license or CDL with a clean driving record Must meet company vehicle insurance requirements
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Lift and carry materials up to 50lbs regularly Stand, walk, and perform strenuous labor for extended periods Work in small or tight enclosed spaces such as crawlspaces and basements Work outdoors in all weather conditions
COMPENSATION
Competitive pay: $26-$35/hr DOE ($80,000-$140,000+ potential annual earnings with overtime and bonuses)
