Salary :

$52,000/Annually - Salary is Negotiable (Employees will receive 5% below the negotiated pay rate during their probationary status.)

Responsible To :

Elder Service Manager Summary :

Accomplish the Aging & Disability Services Department objectives by overseeing the progress of small minor home repair projects for the Oneida Elders. Work closely with Program Manager to ensure communication with sub-contractors, customers, and supply vendors, and timely project completion. Continuation of this position is contingent upon funding allocations.

Minimum Qualifications :

Applicants please clearly state how you meet these qualifications on the application/resume. Must be an enrolled member of the Oneida Nation. High School Diploma, HSED Diploma or GED Certification; applicants age fifty (50) or older are exempt from this requirement; two years (2) of general repair experience, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Five (5) years of Home Repair experience. Two (2) years of supervisory or lead experience. Certification as a Remodeling Project Manager (CRPM) or ability to obtain within one (1) year of employment.
