Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Site Foreman to lead and coordinate all on-site construction activities. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operations, managing construction teams, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining project schedules to deliver high-quality results efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction site experience, and proficiency with industry-standard management software. Responsibilities Lead and supervise Underground Utilities crews, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. Coordinate construction schedules using software, employee scheduling, or similar project management tools to meet deadlines. Review and interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to guide on-site activities. Monitor daily site operations, enforce safety regulations including OSHA standards, and conduct regular safety audits. Manage subcontractors and suppliers, oversee contracts, and ensure compliance with project requirements and budgets. Conduct quality control inspections to verify work meets industry standards and project specifications. Maintain accurate documentation of progress, safety incidents, change orders, and daily reports using construction management software. Skills Extensive experience in heavy civil or commercial construction projects with a strong background in construction site management. Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints accurately. Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, estimating, and project management principles. Proven leadership skills in managing teams on-site while maintaining high safety standards aligned with federal construction safety regulations. Excellent communication skills for supervising crews, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and managing contractual obligations. Familiarity with pipeline projects or large-scale infrastructure developments is a plus. Knowledge of site specific machinery (backhoes, drillers, excavators). Pay:
$30.04 - $36.18 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 55.0 per week
