Assist project management and the estimating lead with quantity take-offs, labor hour estimates, and field productivity data for upcoming bids and change orders. Actively mentor apprentices and journeypersons through hands-on instruction and constructive feedback; foster a positive, respectful, and accountable team culture that upholds the CCA brand through integrity, trust, and efficiency.
